Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss!
I think we need to go over the basics

If you see a picture you like on Google, you should

  • Check for watermarks.
  • Even if it is NOT watermarked, check to make sure it is not ALREADY on a blog. If it is on a blog simply go to the source link and/or reblog. It’s as simple as that.
  • Watermarks are even simpler. Just go to THAT address.
  • It’s truly not that hard to search through somebody’s blog. You can take five minutes out of your day to search through a tag.
  • If somebody catches you stealing and calls you out, whether they’re cool about it or not, getting defensive and acting like you’re not in the wrong isn’t the right thing to do. Even if you really didn’t INTEND to steal you’ve still ripped off somebody’s original content and you owe them an apology and to take down the repost.

I know this is mean, but I just do NOT see “I found it on Google” as a legitimate excuse for reposting, aka stealing, original content. You can argue for reposting all you want but it’s still a douchey thing to do, people.
