I love the Quartet so much better this way! Especially their hair! I’ve always wished that Naoko had made it less crazy. XD
My version of grown Mini Moon, Helios, and the Amazan Quartet…this time as chibi :D
Before you all ask, I changed their hair because I can-it was fun! Ceres has a yellow fuku because aesthetically its better not having 2 senshi with pink hair AND fuku. Also her dress in the anime was yellow, and Naoko said it was her colour :3
LOVE their hairstyles!
The Quartet’s fuku is interesting in that it combines elements from both the first and final fukus of the main Sailor Team.

Elements from first fuku
- Single-layer skirts
- The back bows
- Unadorned chocker
- Unique earrings (all of the other Eternal forms have uniform star-shaped earrings)
Elements from final fuku
- “Bubble” sleeves (the noticeable difference, however, is that the Quartet’s sleeves are a solid white unlike the others’, which are opaque and are colored corresponding to the main fuku color. In addition, the strips of fabric below the bubble are also colorless.)
- Knee-length boots
- Star-shaped brooch and tiara gem
- Gloves that reach the upper arm
Three more pages of my on-going 30th century Chibi Usa doujinshi. That’s all I have for now, but I hope you guys like it and thanks for all the support! ^^
This looks fantastic! I’m excited for more!
YOU UPDATED AGAIN THANK YOU SO MUCH
A small-ish update, with only four new pages this time, and I made minor changes to page 9 from my last post. If you’re wondering why the spelling of the Quartet’s civilian names are different than the official spelling (Sere vs Cere, Para vs Palla), that’s because I’m using their name as they’re written in Katakana. Although this doujin is set in the manga universe, I’m inferring a lot of the Quartet’s personality from their anime counterpart, since the manga didn’t really give them each distinctive personalities over the course of the story. Also…why is their hair so hard to draw! OTL I feel like a good portion of my time on these pages was spent just figuring out how to depict the Quartet’s crazy hairdos.
Any how, I’m thinking once I’m done with the first chapter (which is looking to be about 25 pages right now) I’ll make a Google Site or something of the sort to make it easier for people to read.
TYFUIGHUT THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR UPDATING

I seriously love what the artist did with their hair! I’ve always been disappointed that Naoko never changed their hair when they became Senshi. Those hairstyles are cool, but just way too wonky and attention-grabbing! XD
I would LOVE to see them have hairstyles like this normally!
プリンセスのために…。 by シャボム
This is one of those epic drawings that I MUST reblog ♥.♥
It’s art like this that makes me go WHAT AM I DOING WITH MY LIIIIIIIIIIIIFE
You’ve done it now Tumblr! I was surprised how many people were interested in the Chibi Usa x Helios doujinshi idea I had tossed out in my last post and now my Muse won’t leave me alone.
I’ve been brainstorming the story for the last couple of days and right now I have something that resembles a working plot. Plenty of wrinkles still need to be smoothed out, and it ain’t going to be very original (or possibly even logical >_>). To help me think
and to appease my Muse without actually starting to draw a doujinshi since that’s a big commitmentI’ve drawn some rough sketches of the school uniform/civilian outfits for the characters and came up with civilian identifies for the Quartet and Helios. (And yes, your eyes do not deceive you; the Maenads are maids. I promise it makes sense in the context of the plot XD;;)
Given that my Muse is working full time on this, I’ll have to put fanfic writing on hold while I go through the motions and get this out of my system. I really can’t say how long my Muse is going to stay entertained by this idea, but I’ll run with it for as long as she’s willing to cooperate. But don’t hold your breath because if my Muse is anything, she is fickle. :pOh I really really really LOVE the look of this, I’m actually a huge fan of the maidens being maids :D I’m really really looking forward to this!
I’m definitely on board for this!
Read right to left
Comic by Cockpit. Translated by Sailor Scribbles.
YES. I’d been hoping you’d translate this one!
Page 5 of 12 of 2nd comic I’m translating, Gathering. Ugh, onomatopoeias. Why does English have so few of them? (And why is that word so hard to spell?) The first one, “gura” is stagger or move shakily, which I think rumble covers pretty well, but the second one is “gatan”, which is the sound of something collapsing. English doesn’t have a very good equivalent, so I went with both crumble and crash to try and get the point across. The final one, “kyu” means tightening, which is probably supposed to be Usagi “tightening her resolve”, which would be described as gritting or clenching her teeth on this side of the Pacific.
I’ll be so glad when I’m done with page 11. Page 12 has no text, so I’ll be able to upload the final page as soon as I’m done with 11.
Look at Pallas holding on so protectively to Lady Serenity! So cute!
All of the Senshi have their attacks in English, but I thought it would be cool to mix up the languages a bit. I might add onto this later!
*Sailor Vesta*
La Bestia (“The Beasts” in Italian)
- Summons animals made of magic to attack the foe
- If she says “La Bestia Refare (“Remake the Beast”) the magic animals will converge into one giant creature (maybe a tiger)
Circus Distruttiva (“Destructive Circus” in Italian)
- Summons more magical animals than La Bestia does
- It has a festive carnival theme but is deadly
*Sailor Ceres*
La Danse des Fleurs (“Dance of Flowers” in French)
- Summons a hurricane of flowers imbued with magic
Rose Vague Florale (“Pink Floral Wave” in French)
- Summons a massive pink flower made out of energy to launch at the opponent)
l’impact Blossom (“Blossom Impact” in French)
- A wave of magic flowers cut through the enemy
Blossom roulant Vis punch (“Blossom Rolling Screw Punch” in French)
- A physical attack. Ceres collects powerful energy into her fist and punches the opponent.
*Sailor Pallas*
Esferas del Cielo (“Spheres of Heaven” in Spanish)
- Summons hundreds of balls made of magic to strike the foe
- Can either be hundreds or a few large ones
*Sailor Juno*
Ascensionem Dea (“Ascension of the Goddess” in Latin)
- Summons a goddess-like figure made of magic to dive at the opponent
And then I was thinking of giving them “finisher moves” named after their Greek goddess counterparts.
- Pallas: Wrath of Athena
- Ceres: Fury of Demeter
- Juno: Revenge of Hera
- Vesta: Retribution of Hestia
Idk this is just me messing around. I know this is pretty weird but they have only two attacks in the manga.
I came up with more for Ceres and Vesta! I’ll brainstorm some more for Pallas and Juno later.
Once again, this is just me playing around with the attributes of the Sailor Quartet. Each senshi has her own introductory speech, so here’s what I think the Quartet’s would go like. I also incorporated the titles I came up with for them. I’m REALLY iffy on Juno’s and Pallas’s, so these will probably change when I come up with something better.
“The flower spreading throughout the world! Soldier of harvest, Sailor Ceres!”
“The heart that can’t be tamed! Soldier of the hearth, Sailor Vesta!” (Vesta’s theme is animals, which can be tamed. Vesta’s fiery heart, of course, cannot)
“The rising of the goddess! Soldier of Vitality, Sailor Juno!” (I’ve made Hera, aka Juno, the Queen of the Gods, a big part of Sailor Juno’s character because there’s not much else to work with)
“The never ending cycle! Soldier of Endeavor, Sailor Pallas!” (a cycle is like a sphere, which in my head is significant to Pallas’s theme of spheres. It also refers to endeavor; an endeavor is trying to achieve something, and this process can repeat infinitely when new desires are formed)
