Also, as you can see, Chibiusa gains a bit of height after she transforms. This happens in the manga as well, except she is a full two heads taller there!
This is actually settei (a character artwork reference animators use to keep designs consistent). I’ve been meaning to color this particular piece for a while now but only recently got around to it. Enjoy! :D
